BEHIND THE SCENES
Beyond what you do see, our experienced in-house team and subcontractors make sure that what’s behind the walls is warm, dry, and inspected properly. We have multiple check points along the building process that ensure when you move into your home it is ready to live in.
We also provide buyers a 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty which has covered over 5.5 million new and pre-owned homes, and has a network of more than 10,000 authorized, independent service contractors should something arise in your home.

Once lumber is on site our homes generally take about 7 months to finish. There are numerous factors that can cause that timeline to expand such as weather, labor strikes, supply chain issues, and more.

Depending on the phase of construction when a purchase and sale agreement is mutual, some small alterations may be allowed. Any changes requiring re-permitting or re-engineering are not allowed.

If early enough in the construction process you may be able to meet with suppliers to select upgrades and/or colors at an additional cost. When choosing upgrades please remember that we require 100% of the cost of the upgrades to be paid at the time of the selection.

All homes include the range/oven, hood-fan, microwave, and dishwasher. Each home is different so please contact your sales representative for detailed information.

Your construction manager will demonstrate and explain everything about your new home during your new home orientation prior to closing. At closing your will be enrolled into the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Program. The construction manager will discuss this with you as well. For further information about the warranty. Your new home comes with a 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Program. This provides a one-year fit & finish warranty, two-year systems warranty, and a ten-year structural warranty. All home appliances are warrantied directly through the manufacturer.
Any cosmetic issues must be noted at the pre-closing walkthrough orientation.
